其实。。。也不怎么难。呵呵。 关键是熬过前500米以后，再游500和再游1000其实没有什么区别，甚至游到1500的时候感觉还要好些。这次游完1500以后觉得还浑身是劲，再来个千儿八百的也不成问题……当然也可能是错觉啦。 游完这1500歇了两分钟后，测试了一下25m自由泳冲刺，发现影响其实不小，手臂有点儿不听使唤，才刚刚游进20秒…… read more »
